Our luxury wig collection are processed and shipped within 7-15 business days. We offer express shipping for those who would like their wigs delivered sooner. Please note our business days are Monday- Friday.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our products ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please ensure you check your wig measurement before placing an order  as we don't do exchanges or refunds.

You have the right to return an item within 14 days of delivery if an item is damaged, incorrect or faulty (must be unused, unopened and re-sellable products).

DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM

In the event you receive a damaged item please send us an email within 48hrs of receipt of the order with images attached. 

If a mistake was made on our part we will send you details of how to return the item and you will be offered a refund or exchange (subject to the product being in stock.
